The Extreme Pickle Caesar

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Prince Igor Extreme Pickle Flavoured Vodka
  • 4 oz of tomato-clam juice
  • 3 to 5 dashes of hot sauce
  • 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch each salt and fresh-cracked pepper

Add a Twist

  • 1 tbsp of pickle juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice

Instructions

Fill a standard mason jar with ice. Add the Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice and/or lime juice (if using), hot sauce, and Prince Igor Extreme Pickle Flavoured Vodka. Top with tomato-clam juice and stir to combine. Then crown your Caesar and garnish with whatever you'd like. Pickles. Olives. Or an entire Cornish hen.

  • A spicy pickle margarita cocktail and a bottle of Prince Igor Extreme Pickle Flavoured Vodka

    PICKLE MARGARITA

    • 1.5 oz Prince Igor Extreme Pickle Flavoured Vodka
    • 0.5 oz orange liquor
    • 0.75 oz lime juice
    • 0.5 oz simple syrup
    • 2 rings of jalapeños with seeds

      Shake ingredients with plenty of ice, and double strain into a glass. Lime wheel or pickle to garnish.

      Notes: spicy but with pickle-forward flavour and interesting finish.
  • A cornichon 75 cocktail made with Prince Igor Extreme Pickle Flavoured Vodka and a jar of pickles

    CORNICHON 75

    • 2 oz Prince Igor Extreme Pickle Flavoured Vodka
    • 0.75 oz fresh lemon
    • 0.5 oz simple syrup
    • topped with prosecco / lemon zest garnish

      Shake over ice, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, topped off with prosecco. Served straight up. Dill and pickle to decorate, small cornichon can float in bubbles.

      Notes: weird but wonderful. Balanced between sweetness of prosecco and sour pickle flavour.
  • A smoked dill martini a bottle of Prince Igor Extreme Pickle Flavoured Vodka

    Smoked Dill Pickle Martini

    • 2.5 oz Prince Igor Extreme Pickle Flavoured Vodka
    • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
    • 0.7 ml dill pickle brine

      Smoke dill and trap it under the martini glass - or using a smoking device, smoke the mixing glass. Stir cocktail over ice for 20 sec and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pickle and lemon oils.

      Notes: dry & enjoyable with a very elegant pickle finish that is not overwhelming.
